Meal Pilot gives general guidance, not medical or dietary advice. Always check product labels for allergens — ingredients and manufacturing can vary. We own Meal Pilot, including its software, recipes, text and branding. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it within your plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Pro costs £2.99 a month (with a 7-day free trial) or £19.99 a year; both renew automatically until you cancel. Founding members keep their £1.99 monthly price for as long as they stay subscribed. The Academic Year Pass is a one-off £14.99 payment that gives Pro until 30 June of the current academic year (or the next one, if bought in July or August) and does not renew. Family costs £4.99 a month (with a 7-day free trial) or £39.99 a year, renews automatically until you cancel, and includes everything in Pro; founding members pay £3.99 a month. If you upgrade from Pro to Family, Family starts straight away and you are charged the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period at the time of upgrading, then the full Family price from your next renewal. You can cancel any time from your Account page and keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our refund policy.
We work to keep Meal Pilot running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, don't pay, or put the service or other users at risk of fraud or security problems. You can delete your account at any time; your data is then deleted as described in our privacy policy.
